We offer flat rate shipping for your convenience on all orders... no matter how much you order! Order as much as you like for the same shipping price.

Orders received by 2:00 pm (M-F Eastern Time) are typically shipped the same day. We ship from the beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina area.

International orders

We use FedEx shipping only. We have discontinued using US Mail to ship internationally due to rate hikes, service slow downs and extended time in customs. The cost was only $1-2 different and your product will arrive in several days versus several weeks.

International customers are responsible for any and all customs charges.

Expedited Shipping Service

We also offer expedited domestic shipping through FedEx. If you select an expedited delivery method, you will be provided with the associated costs during checkout. Please note the FedEx deadline is 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) for shipping the same day.

As of October 1, 2021, FedEx has suspended it's money back guarantee for some delivery methods and will no longer issue refunds for shipping delays. For this reason, we are not able to refund shipping fees for delayed shipments.
