We like our products and we hope you do, too! We want to make it fast and simple for you to exchange or return any item.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept all unused products for return or exchange.
  • Refunds are available within 120 days of purchase. Due to Shopify limitations, we cannot extend this window, but we’ll do our best to assist you. After 120 days, we offer exchanges or store credit for items of equal value.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Please try on belts carefully. Do not fasten the buckle until you’re sure of the fit to avoid wear marks. Belts with wear marks are not returnable.

  • Your packing slip helps us process your request quickly—hold on to it until you’re sure about your purchase.
  • No return authorization is needed. Simply ship the product back and fill out the back of the packing slip with your request.

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 2 days of receiving them.

Sizing & Shipping Costs

Please use our sizing information to ensure the right fit. We’re happy to exchange belts that don’t fit; however, customers are responsible for return shipping. USPS First Class Mail is typically the most cost-effective.

Exchange shipping rates:

  • United States: $9.00
  • International: Same service and rate as the original order

If items from a free-shipping order are returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted unless the remaining items still qualify for the promotion.

Belts returned in used condition may incur a re-strapping fee. Used belts cannot be exchanged or returned.

All products are Certified Nickel Free™ or Certified Nickel Safe™, and we guarantee they will never test positive for nickel.
